If your insurance is goint to pay for the equipment and supplies, make sure you have copies of all your insurance cards and a physician detailed prescription. Some supplies don't need a physician order. You can also pay out of pocket for your equipment and supplies.
No. Because of Insurance and Federal Regulations and Restrictions, we cannot automatically send your monthly supplies. We can contact you every month to fill the order supply form and confirm whether or not you would like another shipment. You will receive a confirmation reply that your order has been processed.
Certain purchased items may be returned for credit, if approved. The following criteria must be met for a return to be approved: Merchandise purchased at an OLIDIA Medical Location can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase (with sales receipt).
you have a receipt or proof of delivery (POD) slip,
the item is returned within 10 business days of delivery, and
the item is in the original packing, unopened, or if opened, in re-saleable condition.
No. Olidia Medical cannot dispose of your existing furniture or equipment. It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of that equipment and supply.
Olidia Medical will only pick up items that are the property of Olidia Medical. That can either a rental return or a purchase item returned within the return period.
We can deliver most of our products either through carriers such as UPS and FedEx or one of our company vehicles. If your equipment will be delivered by us, we will give you a date and time window of arrival.
Olidia Medical has a service department and many of the items we sell can be serviced or repaired in our facility. Some of the equipment may need to be sent to a specialized repair service or the manufacturer for recalibration and repair.

Yes. Please be sure to provide us with enough information to service you in that facility.
If the equipment was provided by Olidia Medical and is malfunctioning out of service we can fix it a no extra cost if the item is covered under manufacturer or Olidia Medical warranty. For other items or if the item was not provided by Olidia Medical, you may be required to pay for parts and labor.
If the product you need is carried by any of our contracted distributors or manufacturers, we can special order that item for you. You may be responsible for shipping and handling.
